Kole Intellectual Forum intends to promote quality education of a thousand children of Uganda; that are, trap up in education crisis at post war area of Northern Uganda, in government aided primary schools, where children of the common men are; but first, beginning with rescuing 75 children; at, Apedi and Angic primary schools, Kole district; through Community Integration Program, and by engaging their parents into, feasible and viable livelihood projects.
Are you aware that: 3000 pupils of Apedi and Angic primary schools, Kole district, post-war area of Northern Uganda, are in education crisis? That: none of them, had been passing in first grade in Uganda Primary Leaving Examination, for the last 15 years? That: majority of them, are sitting on the floor in their different classes? Meals are news to them? And that: teachers' houses and latrines are in sorry states? Notwithstanding that: their parents are also in an abject poverty? Rescue!
Specifically, Kole Intellectual Forum intends to rescue these 3000 pupils in education crisis at Apedi and Angic primary schools, Northern Uganda; by first, integrating these communities to their schools, to decide on the destines of their schools; providing pupils, with weekly tests; procuring 300 desks, for 1000 pupils at Angic primary school; renovating collapsing 44 teachers' houses and latrines; as well as, promoting ginger growing and exportation; mainly, for sustainability of this project
It is therefore, the outermost interest of Kole Intellectual Forum; as an organization, that is, deeply rooted among the community, to see that: these resources being fund raised, are fully used to: rebuild and reconstruct the war torn area of Northern Uganda educationally; that will, in turn, foster concrete and everlasting development within the region and beyond; consequently, minimizing reoccurrence of war in this area and the country at large. Accountability will be part of our principles.
