1 individual slow loris released in Sidempuan

Wednesday, March,02/2022, North Sumatra BBKSDA (North Sumatra Nature Conservation Agency ) Division of KSDA Region III Padang sidimpuan released a protected species of slow loris (Nycticebus coucang) in SA.Lubuk Raya.

The animal was obtained from the submission of the Tanobato community, Padang Sidimpuan City.

Based on the statement from the loris community, he found it behind the house on Thursday, February 24, which was then handed over to the BKSDA.

This is not the first time this slow loris has been released, but for cases that often occur, namely the discovery of slow lorises playing behind people's homes, it is suspected that the slow lorises came from the garden.
So,for who the villagers which their houses are bordered by gardens or forest areas, if you find this type of animal, you can immediately report it to the nearest Nature conservation agency officer in every province in in Indonesia ...

Let's protect the wildlife in the forest...

Greetings
