2 Individual Sumatran Slowloris released in Leuser

Two individual Sumatran slow lorises returned to the wild in Gunung Leuser National Park last February 8th. These two individual slow lorises were confiscated from residents in Baharok, Langkat, North Sumatra.

Palbert Turnip, Head of Regional V National Park Management Section, Gunung Leuser National Park Center (BBTNGL) said this case stemmed from public information about residents having two Sumatran slow lorises in their homes. Hall down for investigation. Residents who maintain it turns out to get these animals from their fields.
