Dear Donor,

We are so much grateful for your generous donations and support toward our Send A Child To School initiative. It is with great joy to announce to you that 90 children out of the 120 who are in desperate need of educational resources have so far received their school uniforms, sandals, notebooks, exercise books, pens, pencils, and other vital educational resources. This wouldn't have been possible without kind donations. Please take a minute of your time to watch this THANK YOU VIDEO

Partnerships & Collaborations:

With your overwhelming support, World Inspiring Network has now joined hands with partners including the Ghana Education Service, Ghana Narcotics Control Commission, Ghana Youth Employment Agency, Grikob Foundation Ghana, Shearly Foundation, The Prairie Concept, The Editors Hub, Halesowen College UK, Pentecost University SRC, Koforidua Technical University SRC, and many other partners in order for us to maximize our impact.

The YEA Job & Career Fair:

World Inspiring Network got the opportunity to partner with the Youth Employment Agency under the Government of Ghana for a two-day Job and Career fair from Thursday, September 9, to Friday, September 10, 2021, at the Accra International Conference Centre. Prior to the event, we got the opportunity to recruit 216 new volunteers who are ready to help us in impacting more lives.

Community Sensitization and Youth Empowerment Summit:

On the 23rd of September 2021, our team held a community sensitization and youth empowerment summit for two of our beneficiary communities - Ahomahomasu and Besenuom and other neighboring villages in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

The summit which recorded 568 participants introduced the youth as well as parents at Ahomahomasu, Besebuom, and Nterso communities to the need for education as far as national development is concerned. We believe the messages delivered during the event will go a long way in raising a new generation of youth with the ability to build sustainable solutions and influence the mindset of our future leaders towards a successful future and nation-building.

Quiz Competition:

Together with the Ghana Education Service, World Inspiring Network organized a zonal quiz competition for schools within the communities we serve. We believe the competition will help students to get more prepared for future exams, improve upon their confidence and also motivate them. All contestants received a Certificate of Participation with the winners receiving Mathematical Sets, Excercise Books, Dictionary, and other vital educational resources. Our team together with the Ghana Education Service is planning for a District Quiz competition on Friday 8th October 2021. More details to be communicated soon.

Next Steps:

We want to keep supporting more children in rural parts of Ghana who are in dire and desperate need of our support and are on the verge of dropping out of school. In so doing, we have created a new fundraiser to enable us to maximize our impact. We need your help. Your continuous donation keeps on restoring hope for a better future for deprived children in Ghana, their families, and their entire community at large. PLEASE DONATE HERE

Thank you for changing their lives! And thank you for choosing World Inspiring Network as your partner in supporting education in rural parts of Ghana. We humbly ask that if you know anyone who can donate used computers to be distributed to students in deprived communities, do not hesitate to email us via info@worldinspiringnetwork.org.

Kind regards,

Your donations over the years have made a lot of impact on the lives of over 1,500 people in rural communities in Ghana.

Through your continuous support, our team was able to visit the four communities on our target list namely; Ahomahomasu, Besebuom, Osunu Dompe, and Tafi Mador on November 29th, December 3rd, 4th, and 5th 2020 to officially launch the "Send a Child to School" initiative. As part of the project launch, we were able to provide sensitization on COVID-19 and the importance of education with the help of our volunteer nurses and public health workers to more than 1,000 community members. We also distributed over 900 books and more than 475 masks to 475 children and gave masks to more than 125 (adult) community members.
The Send a Child to School initiative aims to support 120 pupils with logistics such as books, uniforms, shoes, school bags, pens, pencils, erasers, masks, etc. to enroll or continue their schooling.

Currently, we are competing to become a permanent partner with GlobalGiving, but in order to obtain a permanent partnership, we must raise at least $5000 USD from 40 unique donors by December 31st, 2020. If we meet this threshold, we will be permanently featured on GlobalGiving’s website, where we have the potential to benefit from corporate relationships, exposure to a new donor network, and access to dozens of online fundraising tools. If we do not secure the position, we will receive the funds we raised and may try again at a later date.  Currently, we have 7 donors and $265 USD raised and therefore need your support to help us achieve our goal.
Once again, thank you for your generous support. Please spread the word to your circle of friends, family, colleagues, partners, acquaintances, and classmates along with our project link, so that they too can take a look at our project, appreciate our work, and donate to support.

Our sincere gratitude to everyone who has participated in our #GivingTuesday fundraiser, we are so grateful for your generosity. Our team at World Inspiring Network wouldn't have been able to get to where we are now without your donations and support.

Community Sensitization Workshop Begins at The Osunu Dompe Community

On Saturday 28th December 2020, our team paid a visit to the Osunu Dompe Community to commerce with the Agenda of supporting children to gain access to quality education. The visitation is also part of our effort in conducting community sensitization workshops in the four rural communities on children's non-school attendance which we aim to impact 1,500 community members to ensure more awareness of the essence of child education. We also educated the community on safe hygiene practices during COVID-19 where we donated nose masks to the entire attendants.

Looking forward to helping children at Osunu Dompe Community to escape poverty through the provision of quality education, we have been able to distribute over 200 storybooks, and we want to use this as an opportunity to thank everyone who donated towards our book drive.

Our little interview with the children shows there is hope and a brighter future ahead, that is if we are able to provide adequate support, and we believe with you on board it will be more than a success.

On the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of December 2020, our team will continue to visit the remaining communities on our target list namely, Ahomahomasu, Besebuom, and Tafi Mador where we aim to impact more lives. We will be sending you updates from time to time so you know what your money is being used for.

We encourage you to keep supporting us by telling your family and friends to also get on board as we cannot achieve our goal without you.

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Team World Inspiring Network
