With these quarterly reports we strive to provide our donors with updated information concerning developments within our program "Acceder Estudiando" or “Accessing Education” with a special focus on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our students are attending virtual classes. We adapted our activities to include virtual individual tuition, support classes, and workshops. In order to guarantee that our scholarship recipients receive an education that goes beyond their specific university studies, we offer - in cooperation with various companies - additional workshops for our students. In this quarter we provided the following activities:
- Group studying workshops with tutors (4 this quarter)
- Virtual support classes to those students with difficulties
- Group meetings to give emotional support to all students
- Workshops with the team that helps the students
- Meetings with the 53 tutors
We continued with our monthly scholarships and fourteen new students were awarded scholarships. They received a monthly payment of 5,000 ARS (USD 60), are accompanied by an individual academic tutor, and are additionally offered support classes. These students are:

- Morena, Graphic Design
- Tamara, Professorship
- Alejandro, System Engineering
We are very proud of the work they have all done and are happy to see more students receive the education they deserve! In total – having integrated these new scholarship recipients – we are now providing 41 scholarships this year, up from the 38 in the last quarter, with a total monthly financial support of $279,936 ARS (USD 2,945).
For the year 2021 our goal is to give 10 more scholarships so that 10 more young people can achieve their academic goals.
