Challenge

Eye infection has become among the leading health problems to many School children in Pemba Island particularly in rural areas due to the use of local lights with hazardous smoke. Also, most of the children sit on the harsh dust classes due to the lack of class room facilities. Unfortunately, children with poverty are invisible and not afford health service. They always lose their basic health care and education while no one takes care for them. So, they should be helped

Solution

The project will provide eye examination and surgery facilities to address the overwhelming requirement for accessible and affordable vision health care and access to education in Pemba Island

Long-Term Impact

Your donations to this project will make 1000 disadvantaged school children from the poorest societies in Pemba Island to avoid blindness, access their basic and superfluous education and regain hope for a brighter and better future.
