Dear all,
we hope that you, your family and friends are keeping well and untouched by this situation.
As you may know prior to the Covid epidemie we had a weekly team of volunteers going to the Huaxin hospital, for children who have to undergo heart surgery. Unfortunately we are still not allowed back with our play activities but are staying in touch with the hospital staff. This allows us to help in any form we can while our regular activites can be restored.
Nothing better than a smile that says "I'm about to leave the hospital"!
On the photograph you will see children who had been hospitalised in the Huaxin and are recovering from heart surgery. Much to their and our joy some of the children have now been released and return home to recuperate with their families and loved ones before the new schoolyear starts. Magic Hospital has been able to provide the children with new schoolbags and supplies so they can enjoy even more their return to their school and their friends.
On this occassion a big Thank you to you, and also to Miriam who tirelessly runs Magic Hospital activities whereever possible. She has organised a donation event on her own birthday to provide the supplies!
