CareerAware gets a mention in Times of India
CareerAware – Theory of Change: If adolescents are self-aware and aware of the many career options available to them and aspire for careers in the mainstream; are supported by their families and the education system; then they will make informed future education choices

Antarang measures the program impact against the following indicators in line with its Theory of Change:
  1. Student’s level of Self Awareness - Around 96% of the students covered under the program showed an increased awareness of self, i.e, understanding of their interests, aptitudes and realities post completion of the CareerAware sessions.
  2. Student’s level of Career Awareness - More than 95% of the students had an understanding of more than 5 sectors covered in the program, indicating an improved level of career awareness.
  3. Clarity of Career Plans - More than 90% of the students could identify at least 1 career option for themselves in line with their psychometric profile.
  4. Student’s intent to study till 18 years of age - Around 93% of the students who underwent the program indicated their intention to continue in education till 18 years of age.

  • We've received our Partnership letter from NMMC.
  • We've reached 1310 students in 76 schools for grade 9 through the 5 day zoom/ hangout program. Out of these students, 65% attend at least 3 days of our program.
  • From these, 84.6% students have clear career plans and 76.9% students have chosen a career based on their interest, aptitudes and realities
  • A lot of potential partners are approaching
us for CareerAware to be run in their schools!
