"In October our 3 year old son was diagnosed with juvenile myelomonocyte leukemia (JMML), a very rare type of leukemia. In December he had a bone marrow transplantation; his older brother was the donor. It looks like evrything is fine with our son. His new blood factory works as it should work and he is slowly getting stronger. There is a 30% risk for a relapse so we have to wait and see.
His Chain of Courage show the road he had to go and his silent suffering. The Chain is his well deserved trophy.
We are looking forward to the last bead, the flower ! It will literally end his treatment journey."
