The project will equip young leaders/graduates with relevant working knowledge, practical skills, valuable attitudes and useful local and international links to promote their lives/ initiatives.They will then generate useful practical solutions for their communities,thus contributing to sustainable socio-economic growth. We engage our trainees in hands-on practical training in leadership, entrepreneurship,service delivery,organisational development, internship/job placement among others.
The project is in response to the skill gap that exists in Ghanaian society culminating in unemployment, (among graduates) and inefficient service delivery in startup organisations. Lack of employable or service delivery skills dwindles the growth of people, organisations, communities and the nation as whole.The project will thus,build the capacity of the trainee to identify and solve developmental problems for peoples and communities and contribute to sustainable socio-economic development.
The project uses hands-on transformative training in leadership, entrepreneurship, effective service delivery and organisational development skills among others to equip the trainees. The practical works/facilitated internships/placements enable beneficiaries to develop and use their creativity/ innovation /competence to identify problems, and creatively come out with useful solutions to help themselves or their communities. The project provides technical supports to help grow their initiatives.
The project equips beneficiaries with relevant work-life skills for service in various capacities. Families, communities and larger society will benefit from employable skills/ useful solutions and socio-economic initiatives. The project promotes socio-economic growth through facilitated internship/job placement and technical support for starting / growing new business or social enterprises. Instead of being job seekers, beneficiary trainees end up becoming job creators/employers/entrepreneurs.
