Respected Donor,

We really don’t know how to express our gratitude enough about your donations against After school education activities for the children studying at After school education centres...

Sujatha is a active and bright girl of 7th grade from a remote rural background. She lives with her father, mother and two brothers.Life posed challenges to Sujatha, because both her parents are casual labors. With meagre income, her father is struggling to send their children to school. They suffered many nights without food. Getting a new dress during festival is beyond their reach.

Sujatha understood her family difficulties and never forced her parents to provide new clothes for festivals. when we provided her new clothes, I could see brightness in her eyes with joy. This kind of experience gave us determination to help this poor tribal children. while receiving she has not forgotten to smile and say thanks to us.We convey her thanks and smile to you and our staff thanking you for providing such a chance to witness.

During this program,We talked about her dream, she said, "I am inspired by my teacher and aim to be teacher in the future."

It is indeed a fact that food and the education are the primary promoters that brings her to the after school. We are really indebted to our donors who are changing the lives of hundreds of rural children like Sujatha.

Want to make a difference in a rural student’s (like Sujatha’s) life? You can start a monthly recurring
donation for a small amount. The amount accumulated will be used against noon-meal, transportation and/or sponsorship of education! Here is the link to start:

                a)            Developing leadership and entrepreneurial quality among all cross section of youth through vocational/technical training program envisaged in this program, so that youth can act as focal point of dissemination of knowledge in their own area of activity.

                b)            Developing among non-student and rural youth, such aptitude and skills which will enable them to function better as productive citizen.

                c)            Preventing migration of rural youth to cities by enabling the rural youth to realize that agriculture and agriculture related services are as rewarding occupations as these in urban areas.

                d)            Creating new skills among rural youth through which villages can become self-reliant.

                e)            Inspiring youth to set up own production/servicing enterprises in their own/rural areas.

                f)             Inspiring young entrepreneurs learn modern techniques with a view to adopting them for improvement of their end result.

Respected Donor,

Warm Greetings from CHHASE.

Thank you for all your generous support to tribal children education through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.

As part of ongoing initiatives we take up education sponsorship program for the deprived children in High Schools. There after seeing the critical junctures / family backgrounds of the children, progress in education we identify the children from the class rooms and discuss with them about their needs and other essentials. But it is really pathetic stories of many bright girl children, whose parents are working as daily wage laborers in Market Yards, Scavenging, Rickshaw Pulling, and Construction Sites. Due to hazardous vocations some of the girl children are lost their parents too. But the adolescent girls are really having confidence and studying well and progressing good in their examinations.

Tribal children parents are illiterate and helpless. They don’t have a regular income. They are lack of skills to go for a regular work. Their inability make them to stop their children from schools. Your generous support help us to provide education to tribal children and dresses to wear. Now they are going to school regulary and study well.

CHHASE is always with them and supporting the Educational Material includes, Dresses,Note books, English-Tamil-English Dictionary, Writing Pad, Pencils, Pens, Color Pencils, Two Pairs of Uniforms, Geometry Box, Sketches, Shoes, School Bag etc. time to time. The Children are very active at sports and games. They are going to the schools regularly. The age group of the children are 10 yrs 15yrs. The Children are studying from 6 Std to X Std

Thanking you for your kind generosity and financial support. Without your generous donations it is very difficult for us to provide the requisite material to the needy deprived children.

Thank you for supporting the noble cause.

Without you, it was not possible for them to buy these dresses and wear like other children. Now their confidence is growing and they are mingling with our children and play. Their ugly & shabby dress kept them away from other children. Their inferiority complex is slowly diminishing.

One of our tribal girl said “ I am from poor tribal family. we are poor from childhood, & strugle for our daily bread.  With your help, i got new dress for which my parents are not in position to give us.Our NGO gave my father a fishing net, which is useful to catch fish in ponds, if it is more, we sell it by keeping our requirement.

We are first generation learners, Now we all attending school without dropout because of CHHASE NGO support and encouragement.

My self & my family thanking you, we all pray for you to give good health and wealth for you and your family members.

If possible, kindly help us to bring more smiles in poor families, In this Thanks giving days, Can you able to explain about our projects and why you are inspired to your friends and neighbors? This way you can help us to get donations as the needs are growing and our receipts are small.
